QUANTUM Base is a programmable smart pump designed for use with conventional tensioners to provide and record pressure values and important bolt data.

Speed

• Bolting pre-sets, project information and completed tensioning data is easily installed and uploaded via the pump’s built-in USB port.
• Single stop/start button on handheld digital pendant.

Control

• Pre-programmed parameters ensure exact pressure requirements are achieved for the specific job or application.
• Pressure values and date/time stamp is recorded for each bolt tensioned ensuring full traceability.
• Digital display on pendant provides feedback and instructions to the operator.

Safety

• Smart pump will not function without selecting a valid preset.
• Presets cannot be manually overridden.
• Factory set integrated pressure relief valve protects smart pump and tensioner from misuse.
