Sending in your tools
You are welcome to either ship your tools to our warehouse or drop them off in person. Once the tool arrives, our technicians will perform a thorough inspection and provide a diagnosis along with a quote. To ensure smooth communication, please include your name, company name, phone number, and email inside the tool case or shipping package. Not providing this information will cause a delay with your repair.
